From there, they will investigate the cause of the alarm, checking the building for signs of forced entry or vandalism. They will enter the building itself, performing a full sweep of the interior for intruders or evidence of theft or damage. Should any doors or windows have been broken, they will instruct locksmiths and glaziers to perform immediate repairs. Once all this has been completed, they will reset the alarm prior to locking up the building.
Detailed reporting
Whatever the cause of the alarm, our alarm response officers will produce a full and detailed report for your consideration. This will be passed to the team at Marpol Security in the first instance, so we can evaluate any potential weaknesses in your current security arrangements. It will then be passed onto you and your management team, together with our recommendations for improvement.
