Triggered alarms
Our key holding officers are part of our mobile patrol units, who drive around the immediate neighbourhood on a 24-hour basis. If your security alarm company or our own CCTV monitoring unit become aware of a break-in or other security breach, their first action will be to contact the keyholder to attend the scene.
Emergency call-outs
Our keyholders are also the main point of contact for the local emergency services, including both the police and fire brigade. Should they be called to your property, they will know to contact our mobile patrol team in the first instance. Once they arrive, their role is to assist any authorised personnel with their job, providing access to the building if necessary to prevent them breaking down the main entrance.
Detailed reports
Once things have quietened down at the scene, our key-holding officer will compile a report of what has transpired. This will comprise of their own observations, together with those of any other attendees, including emergency services and independent witnesses. Our managements team will check the report to see if it highlights any weaknesses in your security arrangements. We will then forward it onto you with our recommendations for improvement.
