For instance, if the designated member of staff is off ill, or forgets to fulfil their duties due to other things on their mind, perhaps relating to their main job.
By hiring an independent third party to handle the locking and unlocking of your buildings, you forgo these issues, and can rest easy that the safety and security of your building is in safe hands.
FULLY LICENSED SECURITY GUARDS
All of our security guards are highly-trained professionals, fully-licensed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Bringing years of experience in the security industry with them, they can be relied upon to complete every aspect of their role in locking and unlocking your buildings.
MOBILE PATROLS
In addition to locking and unlocking your building, we can arrange for one of our mobile patrols to make random checks throughout the night to ensure that everything is okay. This includes checking the perimeter of the building and making sure all windows and doors are still locked.
LOCKING DOWN
When locking down the building for the evening, our officers will ensure that all staff have left before performing a patrol of the building, making sure that all internal doors and windows are secure. As part of their duties, they will also see to it that any lights have been switched off, as well as appliances such as printers, photocopiers, computers, and air conditioning, saving you energy costs and preventing the possible risk of fire. Their final task before locking up will be to set the alarm for you.
OPENING UP
The following morning, one of our officers will attend the premises at a time designated by you. They will unlock the building, switch off the alarm, and perform a sweep of the interior, opening internal doors where required, and turning on appliances. This job done, they will await the arrival of your staff, before retiring for the day.
