Securing and resetting
Our alarm response officer performs a full check of the building, inside and out, looking for any indication of what triggered the alarm. Should the doors or windows have been broken, they will arrange for an emergency locksmith or glazier to come out and secure the building. Only once they are satisfied the premises are clear, will they reset the alarm and lock up.
Detailed reporting

This will incorporate their own findings along with statements from any witnesses or emergency services that may have been called out.
