Rapid alarm response team
We have mobile patrol units stationed across Greater Manchester, each responsible for a certain collection of buildings within their neighbourhood. They are on patrol 24 hours a day and are will be named as the alarm companies first point of contact. Upon receiving the call that an alarm has been triggered they will head straight for your premises, arriving within minutes.
Securing and resetting
When we arrive at your premises, our first role is to discover the cause of the alarm being triggered. We look for evidence of forced entry and other physical damage, before patrolling the building, floor-by-floor. If any doors or windows have been damaged, we will arrange for locksmiths or glaziers to come and repair them. Once we have conducted our investigation, we will reset the alarm, prior to locking up the building.
Detailed reporting
Whether the alarm was triggered by a serious security breach or a fault in the system, our SIA-licensed security professionals will compile and submit a detailed report on the matter. This incorporates their own findings with those of the police, witnesses, and any other attendants at the scene. It is passed to our head office in the first instance, so we can identify any weaknesses in your security package. We then forward onto you, along with any recommendations, for your consideration and approval.
