Triggered alarms
Our mobile patrol units perform all keyholding duties, which includes alarm response. Acting as the first point of contact for your alarm company, they will be alerted of any security breaches and attend the property as soon as possible. They will liaise with police and the alarm company, providing access to the building, as required.
Emergency call-outs
As well as security companies, other interested parties may require access to your premises. These include – but are not limited to – the local police and fire service, bomb disposal teams, and utility providers (in the event of a leak). Whomever needs to contact your keyholder, we guarantee they will be at the site within minutes to provide access to the building.
Detailed reports
Once our keyholder is satisfied that their presence is no longer required, they will secure the building and draw up a report. This report will comprise their own observation and conclusions of the incident, incorporating statements from any emergency services staff or independent witnesses. Our management team will review the report in the first instance, to see if any improvements might be made to your security package. After that, it will be forwarded to you with our recommendations.
