Rapid alarm response team
All our clients’ properties are positioned on a route covered by our local mobile patrol teams. These units drive around the local neighbourhood keeping an eye on the various properties under our protection. When the alarm is triggered, they will act as the first point of contact. As highly-trained security professionals, they are able to reach your property within minutes to resolve the situation.
Securing and resetting
Our alarm response officer’s role at the scene is to determine what caused the alarm to be triggered. They will perform an inspection of the property, looking for evidence of forced entry or other signs of damage. Should any windows or doors have been broken during the incident, they will call out locksmiths and glaziers to perform the necessary repairs. Once any repair work has been completed, they will set the alarm again, prior to locking up the building.
Detailed reporting
Every time our alarm response officer attends your property, they will compile and submit a detailed report about the event. This report will incorporate any police report and witness testimony, as well as their own findings. The officer will pass it on to our head office team in the first instance, allowing us to identify any shortcomings in your existing security package and make recommendations for improvement. Once we have considered this, we will pass the full report onto you for your consideration.
