They will get through to our mobile patrol unit, currently active in the area. They will drive immediately to your premises and assess the situation but take such action as they deem necessary to secure the building.
Emergency call-outs
As well as your alarm company, other interested parties may have to get in touch with a keyholder in the middle of the night. We pass our team’s contact number onto your local police and fire services, so they can get hold of us on your behalf in the event of an emergency. From storm damage and bomb threats, to flooding, fire, and more, our licensed security professionals can be at your workplace within minutes to provide access for emergency services, or assist in any way they can.
Detailed reports
Once our security team have attended your building and performed all necessary tasks, their next job is to compile a report detailing what went on. They will put together their own observations of the event, as well as those from any other attendees, such as the emergency services or any witnesses. We review this report carefully, so that we can determine if there are any weaknesses in your existing security arrangements. Once satisfied, we will forward it onto you, along with any recommendations we might have for improvement.
