Triggered alarms
Our keyholders are part of our mobile patrol unit. When an alarm is triggered in your property, they will be the first point of contact for the security company concerned. They can be at the premises within minutes, where they will investigate the cause of the alarm and liaise with any police presence.
Emergency call-outs
As well as triggered security alarms, our keyholders will attend upon your property in the event of other emergencies. These include storm damage, fire, bomb threats, and more. We will be listed as your company’s point of contact with the local emergency services, ensuring that they reach out to us in the first instance. Our keyholders can be on the scene within minutes to assist emergency services staff with access to the building and so on.
Detailed reports
Whenever one of our keyholders is called out to your property they will compile a report detailing the events that occurred. They will put down their own observations as well as those from other attendees, including witnesses and emergency services personnel. They will send the reports onto us initially, allowing us to determine if there are any weaknesses in your existing security measures. If so, we will provide you with recommendations for improving them before forwarded the report to you.
