Studies have indicated that commercial properties are at their most vulnerable at the times when they are opening or closing for the day. This stands to reason, as locking and unlocking is often performed by employees of the company, at the start or end of a busy work day. Preoccupied with their own thoughts, they are an easy target for a well-prepared team of thieves.
No wonder so many employers choose to delegate locking and unlocking duties to experienced security professionals like Marpol Security. We work closely with businesses across the South East to ensure their premises are kept safe from potential intruders. This include companies as far afield as Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey, and West Sussex.
As the South East’s leading provider of locking and unlocking services, we have much to offer companies in the region. Here are some of the services we provide:
Our locking and unlocking team will arrive at your building shortly before your staff are ready to leave for the night. They will perform a sweep of the property, from top to bottom, ensuring everybody has left and that all windows are suitably secured. Once they are satisfied that the building is empty, they will set the alarm system for you, followed by locking and shuttering the external doors.
As part of our security packages, we have mobile patrols working in your neighbourhood, 24 hours a day. Outside of your office hours, they will pass your building several times to keep an eye out for unusual activity. At random points during their shift they will perform a quick inspection of doors and windows to make sure nobody has tried to break in.
Prior to your team arriving in the morning, our locking and unlocked specialists will reverse the process. They will unlock the main doors and switch off the alarm. After that, they will do another full check of the premises, making sure that nothing has been disturbed in the property overnight. After this has been completed, they will return to the main entrance and wait for your employees to turn up and start their day.
