Rapid alarm response team
The moment an alarm is triggered at your place of business, our alarm response officer will be informed. They are normally part of our mobile patrols which are in constant movement around the South West. They can provide a response to any situation within minutes, which normally sees our alarm response officer as the first on the scene. Like all our staff, they are fully-trained and licensed security professionals, ensuring the continued safety of your property.
Securing and resetting
Once they are on the scene, security officer will first determine the cause of the alarm. Once this has been established, they will confirm any damage or loss incurred to the property. Should police be in attendance, they will liaise with the officers on site and assist in compiling a report. Once the situation has died down, it will be their responsibility to secure the building and reset the alarm. If there has been a physical break-in, they will arrange for windows to be boarded up, or for locks to be replaced, where necessary.
Detailed reporting
When your alarm is triggered, it’s important to understand the cause, in order to provide a more effective security solution.
