Triggered alarms
A key holder is an important part of any alarm response strategy. Should our monitoring team notice that an alarm has been triggered on your premises, they will instruct your key holder to get to the scene as a matter of urgency. Once there, they will figure out the reason for the trigger and investigate any signs of damage or break-in. Should the police have been called by local residents, our key holder will liaise with them throughout. Once the situation has quietened down, they will secure and lock your building prior to resetting the alarm.
Emergency call-outs
While most key holder responses come from security breaches, they are also on hand for any emergency call-out. This could be anything from a fire, to damage from a fallen tree, or even a bomb threat. Whatever the nature of the emergency, our experienced security professionals will see to it that they attend. They will allow access to your building for the emergency services and provide such assistance as they can on-site.
Detailed reports
Every call-out will be accompanied by a detailed report, no matter what the reason was. Our key holder will provide their own chronology of the events, incorporating the findings of police or other emergency services into the report. Should the situation require it, each report will include recommendations for further security measures.
