Rapid alarm response team

Securing and resetting
When our team arrives at the scene, their first job is to work out what triggered the alarm in the fist place. They will look for signs of forced entry or other physical damage and also perform a sweep of the building. If the windows or doors have been damaged, they will arrange for glaziers and locksmiths to come out and repair or replace them. Once their initial investigation is complete, they will reset the alarm and lock up the building.
Detailed reporting
Whether it is a false alarm or a major incident, our alarm response team will write up a full and detailed report. This will include their own findings as well as those of any witnesses or police who may have been at the scene. This report comes to our head office in the first instance, so we can see if any improvements need to be made to your existing security package. Once we have made any recommendations, we will pass it onto you for your consideration.
