Should an emergency occur at your place of business outside of working hours, the key holder is the first point of contact for emergency services, the alarm company, and other interested parties. If an alarm is triggered at your property, our mobile patrol team will be the first point of contact for the alarm company. As a member of that patrol team, our keyholder can be at the premises within minutes of taking the call. There they will liaise with any police presence before compiling a report detailing the incident.
Emergency call-outs
Of course, it is not just alarm companies who made need to contact a keyholder in the middle of the night. Our number will also be passed onto the local police department and fire department to be contacted in the event of an emergency. Whether that emergency is a fire, a bomb threat, storm damage, or something else entirely, you can depend on our keyholders to be there as soon as possible to assist the emergency services with accessing the building.
Detailed reports
Following a call-out, our keyholder will take the time to compile a thorough and detailed report of the events. This will include their own observations and conclusions, as well as statements from the emergency services and any witnesses. All reports are first reviewed by Marpol Security to see if any action on our part could prevent such a situation in the future. Once we have made our recommendations, the report will be passed onto you for your consideration.
