Rapid alarm response team
As soon as we receive notification that an alarm has been triggered at your property, we get in touch with one of the mobile patrols we have in your area. They provide an immediate response to any incident, arriving at your building within minutes. They are highly-trained security professionals, capable of handling anything they might come across.
Securing and resetting
Once they have dealt with any immediate threat in your building, they will perform a full inspection to determine the cause of the trigger, and to establish any material loss or damage at the scene. They will also assist any police presence that may be there. Once they are satisfied, our alarm response officers will secure the building and reset the alarm. Should there be any damage to doors or windows, they will arrange for these to be boarded or shuttered before leaving the scene.
Detailed reporting
Keeping a record of your alarm system triggers is important from both a security and a maintenance perspective. We make an accurate log each time we are called out to your business premises. This includes the time and date of the incident, what caused the alarm to be triggered, and what subsequent action was taken.
