A common reason to call a key holder to your company building is when an alarm has been triggered. Our key holders form part of our mobile patrols who are available 24/7. They cover a regular route around our clients’ workplaces, ensuring a rapid response to all call-outs. Once the alarm company makes first contact, we can be there within minutes.
Emergency call-outs
Keyholders are not just called out by alarm companies. Their contact number will also be passed onto the local emergency services to alert us should any major event take place at your premises. This could be a break-in, a fire, or even a bomb threat. In such circumstances, our keyholder will attend the scene, liaise with any emergency services on-site, and provide entry to the building should it be required of them.
Detailed reports
Once the situation is resolved, our keyholder will remain on-site to produce a detailed report of what has taken place. This will comprise their own observations and conclusions, plus any witness statements or reports from any emergency services in attendance. Our management team review all reports to see if your existing security measures require adjustments before forwarding the same onto you with our recommendations.
