Securing and resetting
Upon attending the scene, our alarm response personnel will first attempt to determine the cause of the alarm. As fully-trained and highly-experienced security professionals, they are used to investigating such situations. They will liaise with any police presence and offer such assistance as they can. Once the incident is resolved, they will secure your building and reset the alarm. If the situation requires it, they will instruct a locksmith to replace any broken locks.
Detailed reporting
