Locking down
As part of their duties, our locking and unlocking officers will be at your place of work in time for the last member of staff to leave. They will perform a quick sweep of the property to ensure nobody has been left behind before closing and locking all doors and windows, and turning out the lights. Before they leave, they will also see to it that the alarm system has been set before locking and – where relevant – shuttering the door.
Mobile patrols
During the night, we will ensure that our mobile patrols keep an eye on your property. As they pass by during their routine patrol, they will perform random checks on the building. This includes inspecting the outside for signs of attempted entry or other damage, as well as checking that all doors and windows remain locked.
Opening up
Our locking and unlocking officer will make sure they are at your property in plenty of time before the first member of staff arrives. They will open up the building and switch off the alarm before performing another sweep of the premises to make sure all is well. Once this has been completed, they will wait at the main doors or your reception area until a designated member of your team comes to relieve them.
