They will also perform an interior sweep of the building to see if there is any evidence of damage or theft, and to check for intruders who may still be on site. In the event of any broken windows and doors, they will arrange for locksmiths and glaziers to attend and perform immediate repairs for the safety of the building. Only once this has been done will they reset the alarm and lock up the building.
Detailed reporting
There might be several reasons for an alarm to be triggered, from a system fault, to a break-in, to vandalism.
