Triggered alarms
Much like our alarm response officers, our keyholders are registered as an official point of contact with your security alarm provider. Should the alarm be triggered outside of your normal office hours, they will alert your keyholder in the first instance. This role is taken by one of our mobile patrol officers, who operate in your local neighbourhood 24 hours a day. Thanks to their proximity, they can be at your premises within minutes to investigate the alarm.
Emergency call-outs
As well as your alarm provider, our keyholders details are passed onto other interested third parties, such as the police, fire brigade, and other emergency services. Should an incident occur that requires a representative of the company to be present – including fire, break-in, bomb threats, or even storm damage – your keyholder will be on the scene. They will assist any officials with their investigation, providing access, where required. In addition, they will help protect your company’s assets and perform their own investigation into events.
Detailed reports
After the incident has been resolved and the site has been cleared and secured, our keyholder will compile a report, detailing the events that occurred. This will include their own observations, as well as those of any attending emergency services or witnesses. This report will be returned to us, so we can see if there is room for improvement in your security arrangements. We will then forward it onto you with our recommendations.
