Our first task in putting together your bespoke security package will be to look at your existing security measures. We will be able to identify areas for improvement and put together a security solution that meets your unique needs.

If your void property contains stock or equipment, it may become a target for thieves or vandals. We can arrange for round-the-clock manned security guards to be stationed at the premises to prevent unwanted access. All our staff are fully-trained and licensed by the SIA.

If the property in question does not require a permanent manned security team, you may prefer one of our CCTV packages. These produce a constant video feed that is watched round the clock by our remote monitoring unit. In the event of a security breach, they will alert our mobile patrol units to attend the scene.

Since you can never be sure if the former owner or tenant has kept a copy of the keys, we recommend changing any locks on the windows and doors. For added security against intruders, we can also fit padlocks and roller shutters to the premises.

We have our own mobile patrol units that keep an eye on our clients’ void properties throughout the day and night. One of their roles is to perform regular inspections for our insolvency practitioner clients. These checks are often a condition of the building’s insurance policy. Our security team inspects all doors and windows, as well as checking for environmental hazards like flooding.
