Rapid alarm response team
Whenever an alarm is triggered at your building, we can be at the site within minutes. Whomever is responsible for your alarm system will have our mobile patrol unit as their single point of contact. These teams operate round the clock, working in shifts to ensure there is always a security presence nearby.
Securing and resetting
Once our alarm response offer arrives at your property, they make it their job to discover the reason for the alarm going off. They will look for any signs of forced entry or other physical damage as well as performing a full sweep of the building to ensure nobody has sneaked inside. If doors or windows are damaged, they will arrange for emergency locksmiths and glaziers to come and repair them. Once satisfied that the building is clear, they will reset your alarm and lock up the building accordingly.
Detailed reporting
Whatever the reason might be for the alarm being triggered, our alarm response officer will put together a detailed report. This will include their own findings from the incident, as well as witness statements, police reports, and other pertinent information. These reports come to our management team in the first instance, so we can see if there are any improvements to be made to your security package that might avoid similar incidents in the future. We pass any recommendations onto you, for your consideration and approval.
