Rapid alarm response team
Our alarm response officers form part of our mobile patrol teams. These cover the local area around you premises and perform a variety of services, both day and night. Because they are always in the same approximate neighbourhood, as soon as they are informed of a potential security breach, they can be at your property within minutes.
Securing and resetting
Our alarm response officers are on hand to determine what first triggered the alarm. This includes looking for evidence of a break-in or attempted forced entry, as well as performing a general sweep of the building to look for intruders. If any doors or windows are broken beyond immediate repair, they will call out glaziers and locksmiths to replace them. Once they are satisfied the building is secure, they will lock up and reset the alarm.
Detailed reporting
Whatever caused the alarm – be it an actually break-in or an electrical fault – our alarm response officer will provide a full report of the situation. This will be made up of their own observations, plus any notes from the alarm company, witnesses, or any emergency services staff that may have been in attendance. We see the report first, in case it indicates a need to change your security package. It is then forwarded onto you for you consideration, along with our recommendations.
