Triggered alarms
The most common reason for one of our keyholders to be called out is an alarm triggered on the premises. This will be picked up by our remote monitoring team, who will instruct our key holder to attend the site. Our key holders form part of our mobile patrol teams operating across London, meaning they can be at your premises within minutes.
Emergency call-outs
If an emergency takes place at your property outside of office hours, any emergency services personnel in attendance will have instructions to call our key holder. This covers a range of eventualities, including storm damage, fires, bomb threats and more. Our key holder will liaise with the emergency staff in attendance to reach a positive outcome.
Detailed reports
Whatever reason our key holders are called to you property, they will compile a detailed report explaining it. This report will include their own appraisal of the situation, together will any supplementary information from attendant police officers or other emergency service providers.
