The most dangerous time for a commercial building is the point where they are being opened up or closed down for the day. Criminals know that the member of staff tasked with doing so is usually unaccompanied and thinking about other matters, making them a prime target. It is no wonder that many companies choose to hire fully-trained security professionals to handle this task, protecting their employees from any risk of assault.
Marpol Security handle locking and unlocking duties for business across the Wirral peninsula. This includes companies in Birkenhead, Wallasey, Bromborough, Bebington, Upton, New Brighton, Heswall, Greasby, West Kirby, Tranmere, and further afield.
As the Wirral’s leading provider of locking and unlocking services, we have much to offer companies across the peninsula. Here are some of the services we provide:
Our locking and unlocking officers arrive at your building a little before you are due to close for the day. They will wait until the last of your employees has departed, making sure they do so safely. Once the building is empty, they will make a full patrol of the property, making sure there is nobody left on the premises. As they move from floor to floor, they will also close any open windows and fire doors. Once their inspection is complete, they will set the alarm and lock the front door, shuttering it, if appropriate.
While your business premises are safely locked up for the night, our team is still working to keep it secure outside of office hours. We operate mobile patrols in all neighbourhoods where our clients’ properties are situated. At random points during the night, our team will stop off at your building and perform a quick check of the doors and windows. They are looking for any signs of attempted entry, as well as environmental dangers such as fire or flooding.
The following morning, before your team arrives at the office, our locking and unlocking specialists reverse the process. They open up the building, keeping an eye out for potential intruders as they do so, and turn off your security alarm. They perform another full sweep of your workplace to ensure everything is as it should be. Once this is done, they will wait in reception for the first of your team to arrive and take over.
