External security guards
If your hotel is set in its own grounds, you need to be sure that there are no trespassers on your property, particularly late at night. We provide external manned security to patrol the grounds and car park for you, looking for any suspect behaviour. As with our internal security team, they are consummate professionals and will politely direct guests back to the hotel, whilst dispersing trespassers off the grounds entirely.
CCTV surveillance systems
Our CCTV solutions are an effective way to keep an eye on your hospitality venue at all times. The video feed is watched on a 24/7 basis by our remote monitoring unit. Should they spot a security breach or other disturbance they will be in immediate contact with either your on-site security team or one of our mobile patrols to intervene.
Fire marshals
As well as traditional security matters, we can also provide you with experienced fire marshals. While guests are often asked to familiarise themselves with evacuation procedures in the event of a fire, this rarely happens. Our fire marshals can conduct full risk assessments to limit the risk to guests and staff, and also provide full training for your in-house team to act as fire wardens should an evacuation need to take place.
Mobile patrols
Whichever hospitality security measures you choose, you will have the support of our mobile patrol teams. These play an important role in our security solutions, being in direct contact with our static security guards and our monitoring centre. They act as back-up in the event of a security incident getting out of hand and can be at your venue within minutes.
